Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on our website. By validating an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations between the store and its customers regarding the purchase of products sold online.
2. Products
Photos and descriptions on the website are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations may exist depending on suppliers or photo lighting. However, we ensure that each product matches the main announced characteristics.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). They may change at any time, but products will be charged at the price displayed at the time of order.
Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders
To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information (name, address, etc.). Order validation implies full acceptance of these T&C.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or incomplete information.
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
All transactions are secure.
6. Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is made from Europe (Italy) via our partners.
Delivery times are generally 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
7. Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, an email with a tracking number is sent to the customer.
8. Cancellation or modification
An order can only be modified or cancelled before it has been processed or shipped.
9. Returns & Refunds
Customers have 14 days after receipt to request a return if the product is:
- unused
- unworn
- undamaged
- in its original packaging
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund is issued after inspection.
10. Defective products or error
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos in case of damage or error.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- lost parcels due to incorrect address
- external events (weather, customs, etc.)
12. Intellectual property
All content belongs to the store and may not be reproduced.
13. Personal data
Data is used only for order processing. See Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
French and European law applies.
